- Execute repairs in a safe manner.

- Utilize a variety of tools, including hand tools and power tools, as well as precision measuring instruments and electrical devices.
- Operate powered industrial trucks, hoists, cranes, and aerial lifts.
- Engage with operators to identify equipment issues and determine if they stem from mechanical failure or human error.
- Repair, replace, or adjust faulty equipment components using both hand and power tools, and reassemble machinery.
- Install, assemble, or repair wiring and electrical components, machinery, or equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, or repairing equipment to identify and mitigate potential issues, ensuring optimal machine performance.
- Deliver timely and efficient service for machinery and equipment to meet production timelines.
- Complete tasks under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Foster positive employee relations and maintain high morale.
- Exhibit teamwork and respect by collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Comply with all safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or department managers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Fundamental understanding of blueprints, schematics, manuals, and specifications.
- Experience with various hand and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
- Basic arithmetic skills, including the addition and subtraction of fractions.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Capability to operate powered industrial trucks, hoists, and cranes.
