About Us

At JT4 LLC, we provide engineering and technical support to western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Aviation Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring, organizing, and cataloging parts and equipment in support of flight test operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure parts and equipment following applicable Air Force procedures and documentation
  • Track and maintain parts stock as needed to meet immediate needs of Flight Test Modifications and Operational Support
  • Track statuses of materials throughout the ordering process and provide feedback and statuses to customers and stakeholders
  • Interact with a variety of entities including vendors, stakeholders, customers, and supervision to understand and evaluate the required materials in support of unique tasks
Requirements
  • Proficient in the use of word processing tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and email applications
  • Quality communication skills (both verbal and written) and efficient interactions with people in various positions
  • Basic working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs
  • Planning/Organizational skills and ability to work multiple tasks during a given timeframe
Education, Technical, and Work Experience
  • Vocational/technical training beyond high school from an academic institution or military equivalent training
  • At least 5 years of job-related experience
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $62,400 to $73,611. We offer medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, health savings accounts/FSA's, disability insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan options with employer match.
