Data Center Operations Manager

ActioNet is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Manager to oversee the management of day-to-day operations, maintenance, and new installations within our data centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day operations and maintenance of the data centers, including planning and coordination, ensuring high availability and performance, managing staff and vendors.
- New Installations and Upgrades: Manage new installations and upgrades within data centers.
- Data Center Infrastructure: Ensure data center infrastructure is reliable and efficient.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to support data center operations.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement data center policies and procedures.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in data center management, including managing and leading large multi-cloud hybrid-cloud environments.
- IT Infrastructure: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and data center operations.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or related field.
- ITIL: ITIL 4.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Centre Expert (CDCE), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Data Center, Project Management Professional (PMP)).
