About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD, utilizing evidence-based behavioral interventions.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs), to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA.
