Job Overview

The Auto Parts Support Specialist plays a vital role in the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. team, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across 12 states. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and meeting quality standards.

* Process orders, invoices, and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

* Retrieve parts to fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.

* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; one year of experience in customer service and parts experience preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with Vision Order processing systems advantageous.
