We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Technician to join our team at Sevenson Environmental Services, Inc. in Niagara Falls, New York.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct groundwater sampling and laboratory analysis to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems to prevent environmental contamination.
- Perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
- Previous experience in groundwater sampling methods and chain of custody management is required.
- Experience in laboratory techniques and/or water treatment system operation is preferred.
- Must be reliable, organized, and self-motivated with strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- HAZWOPER certification is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
