  • Manage cash audits and monitor the competitive environment within the community.
  • Provide product feedback and recommendations to the direct leader.
  • Provide a safe working environment for employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Oversee product merchandising and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Conduct store inventory counts and reconciliations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
  • A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
