Required Qualifications:
Education

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience

Minimum of 6 months of experience in logistics or supply chain is required.

Proficiency in computer data entry and/or knowledge of warehouse operations is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Job Summary

This role involves issuing, charging, and distributing both medical and non-medical supplies through a computerized inventory management system. The individual will manage inventory and replenish supplies across various departments and carts, embodying the mission, vision, and values of HonorHealth.

Responsibilities include:

- Counting and filling predetermined stock levels for exchange carts and replenishment areas, utilizing an iPad and/or ERP system.
- Collecting supplies as per a pick list and staging them for delivery based on priority.
- Restocking clean and bulk storeroom shelves from daily receipts, ensuring accurate locations and bin labels as per the pick list.
- Coordinating the rental or purchase of patient orthopedic appliances, beds, and equipment.
- Managing soiled equipment in accordance with campus policies.
- Processing returns of departmental stock.
- Handling, securing, and delivering prepackaged procedural trays, which may include medications.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of storerooms and PAR locations at all times.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
