Job Opportunity

We are seeking reliable and dependable individuals to provide support to higher functioning consumers in a residential setting. As a Residential Monitor, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting clients with daily functional activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and life skills groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support that enhances the quality of life for individuals
  • Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities
  • Assist clients with meal preparation, housekeeping, and life skills groups
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience providing direct care
  • Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (i.e. Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal Background)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
