Executive Chef/F&B Manager Job Summary

As the Executive Chef/F&B Manager at Lloyd Companies, you will be responsible for leading the food and beverage operations of our hotel. This role involves menu design and implementation, client development and retention, revenue generation, and expense control activities to ensure an optimal return on investment.

This position requires a strong leader who can oversee team members, provide guidance and leadership, and maintain a positive work environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all staff members provide exceptional service to guests and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in hospitality F&B or a related industry, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred in a related field. Strong leadership and management skills are essential, as well as exceptional sales skills, strategic thinking, and financial management abilities.

You will be responsible for managing restaurant, bar, and banquet F&B activities, developing and implementing menus, and creating and maintaining budgets. A high energy personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to provide exceptional customer service are also required.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will need to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, manage expenses, and improve customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager and other stakeholders to achieve hotel goals and objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of $$$70,000 - $90,000 per year**, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the food and beverage operations of the hotel

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints

Requirements:
