Elmington Property Management is Seeking a Rockstar Leasing Consultant

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

This exciting role involves leading the leasing process, communicating with various stakeholders, and maintaining the community's reputation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the leasing process from start to finish.
  • Build relationships with prospects, residents, vendors, and market partners.
  • Constantly seek ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income.
  • Develop creative solutions to improve business operations.
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in property management or a related field.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, hospitality).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of property management software and systems.
