This role involves supervising the leasing process, communicating with prospective and current tenants, and managing the community's reputation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as administrative and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage the community's reputation through social media, direct communication, and marketing.
• Be the primary point of contact for prospects, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Continuously seek ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income.
• Think creatively and develop innovative ideas to enhance business performance.
• Work with passion and take pride in delivering exceptional results.
• Provide helpful solutions and possess great energy.
• Set and achieve new goals while executing Elmington's non-negotiables for property performance.

• Professional presentation and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform administrative and organizational tasks.
• Presentation of a professional image at all times.
• Focused on delivering excellent customer service.
• Proficient in using computers and technological devices.
• Preparation and compilation of information and documents.
• Responding to issues outside of regular working hours when necessary.

• Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
