  • Measuring and weighing ingredients accurately.
  • Combining ingredients through various methods such as stirring, mixing, and whipping.
  • Cooking using techniques like steaming, sautéing, frying, baking, roasting, braising, boiling, poaching, and broiling.
  • Maintaining appropriate cooking temperatures and ensuring proper cooling and labeling of products.

Additional Duties:
  • Transport equipment to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators.
  • Keep workstations and equipment clean and sanitary.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Stock and maintain adequate levels of food products to ensure efficient service.
  • Follow proper plating and garnish presentation for all dishes.
  • Store, rotate, and manage food products in compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications:
