**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Casa De Fruta. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our Plaza area.

**Responsibilities:**

* Clean motel rooms, including bathrooms, floors, mirrors, and trash receptacles
* Empty trash and recycling bins
* Dust and vacuum surfaces
* Change bed linens and towels
* Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed
* Use ladders and step stools safely

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Ability to read and write English

**Work Environment:**

* Work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Stand and walk for long periods
* Lift and carry heavy objects
* Use power tools and equipment
