The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Process payments and handle guest inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays and payment history
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 2-5 years of prior guest service experience in a hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems
