Position Overview:

As a vital member of the Leadership Team, the President of Franchise Operations will have direct reporting responsibilities to the CEO & President. This role demands a proactive and engaged approach in working alongside essential stakeholders, including the Chief Development Officer, President of Company Stores, Regional Directors, and Area Developers. Furthermore, the Sr. Director of Field Operations will report directly to this position. The primary objective will be to assist franchisees in upholding brand standards and implementing operational strategies across our network of over 1,700 locations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least ten years of experience in a franchised or multi-unit setting, with a minimum of three years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading, inspiring, and influencing franchise partners to achieve financial and operational objectives.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial skills with a history of contributing to financial performance and expansion.
  • Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage intricate projects and initiatives effectively.
  • Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Team Building: Experience in developing and leading high-performing teams.

Essential Requirements:
