Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Frontline Cashier Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude, greeting and thanking members as they enter and exit the store.
  • Process member purchases accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment types.
  • Provide guidance and support to members regarding member self-service technology and answer any questions they may have.
  • Assist members with locating merchandise and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area and surrounding spaces.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
