Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Scheduling
    • Confirm and coordinate patient visits with clinicians
    • Provide technical support for patient visits
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection
    • Ensure the confidentiality of patient information and medical records
  • Lab Operations
    • Prepare lab requisitions for lab samples
    • Label, prepare, and store lab samples according to laboratory specifications
    • Ensure the collection of lab specimens by the appropriate lab courier
  • Supply Management
    • Collect and organize supplies
    • Restock work areas as needed
    • Review and restock crash cart supplies and log/record as directed
  • Assistance and Support
    • Provide assistance to clinicians and patients
    • Ensure preparedness of patients and processes
  • Software Utilization
    • Assist clinicians in clinical observations and information using relevant software
  • Liaison and Communication
    • Coordinate information between clinicians, facilities, patients, and other key personnel
  • Quality Control and Patient Experience
