Job Summary

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Nurse. As a member of our dialysis team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and education to patients with ESRD
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and perform dialysis treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in dialysis care
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Chronic hemodialysis experience preferred
  • Successful completion of FKC Education and Training requirements for new employees
  • Successful completion and maintenance of CPR BLS Certification
