About the Role

As a Per Diem MRI Technologist at the University of California, Irvine, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our diagnostic imaging team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a full range of basic and advanced level procedures in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
  • Act as a resource to others as needed and be available for on-call duties
  • Work varied shifts as assigned, including occasional weekends and evenings
Requirements
  • Advanced Specialty Certification in MRI or graduation from an accredited school of MRI, with certification obtained within 6 months of hire date
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation and work flexible shifts, including occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
  • AART license/certification within six (6) months from date of hire
