Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing people and teams in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to develop and grow a team and business, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Education: GCSE pass grade or above in English and Maths, or relevant experience.
