Gravity Recruit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Bristol. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of retail partners to achieve sales budgets and increase profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's financial performance, including identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing action plans to achieve sales budgets.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies, and maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in managing people and teams in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Skills: Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to develop and grow a team and business, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Education: GCSE pass grade or above in English and Maths, or relevant experience.
