Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead to oversee the delivery of multiple software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management principles, methodologies, and tools (Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Jira, Confluence).

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding planning, partner management, and delivery for software projects through project plans, dependencies, and communication touchpoints. You will translate partner requirements into tasks and assign those tasks to relevant functional areas through agile processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external resources to define and adhere to production schedules and ensure the smooth operation of tools initiatives.
  • Provide thorough and timely communication on developing issues.
  • Handle technical product complexity and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in project management principles, methodologies, and tools (Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Jira, Confluence)
  • Proven project management experience in software development (highly technical projects)
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, databases, and CI/CD concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Adept at learning new technologies and adapting to new methods and processes
  • Driven, proactive self-starter

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical experience with game-specific tools (3D content creation, Unreal plug-ins)
  • Experience developing tech for internal customers in entertainment
  • Gaming industry experience (AAA titles)

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, paid out bi-weekly. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
