The E-commerce Analyst will guarantee data accuracy and adherence to regulations, deliver extensive reporting and insights, and manage monthly financial summaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analysis of e-commerce data to inform strategic decisions.
- Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure all data practices meet compliance standards and maintain high accuracy.
- E-Commerce and Wholesale KPIs: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive business success.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports at the end of each month.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights to guide business strategies and initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to share insights and recommendations.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze customer behavior to enhance conversion rates.
8. Average Order Value (AOV) Optimization: Implement strategies to increase the average order value through targeted initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst capacity, ideally within an e-commerce or wholesale context.
- Proficient in Shopify and familiar with various e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of data integrity and compliance best practices.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Intellectually curious with a proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth.
