Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct pharmacy technician support staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
- Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, and financial profitability
- Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and improve patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify business opportunities and develop meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance
- Lead by example, demonstrating empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
