Pharmacist Professional

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting healthy outcomes.

• Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
• Support the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management
• Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify business opportunities and develop meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance
• Adapt to changing community healthcare needs and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
