Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse Specialist to join our team at Banner University Medical Center-Phoenix. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and families
  • Participating in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and research

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current, valid RN license in the state of Arizona
  • At least 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical Oncology
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
