We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process at our Nashville property. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of service staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all maintenance work is completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the property's physical condition is maintained, which includes diagnosing problems with major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry.
  • You will also be responsible for ordering supplies, materials, and tools as needed, meeting budget expectations, and communicating effectively with residents and coworkers.
  • Additionally, you will supervise the workflow for the service staff, delegate workload to staff, and perform service requests correctly and promptly.
The Essentials
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field is required.
  • EPA/HVAC/CPO certification is preferred but not necessary.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential.
  • You must be able to respond to issues outside of normal working hours when required.
  • Accurate time reporting and adherence to company policies and procedures are also crucial.
