Job Summary

Bauer Foundation Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of our construction projects located within the US.

This position reports to the General Superintendent / Project Manager and will be responsible for supervising site staff, preparing work schedules, and enforcing safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead site staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Prepare and implement work schedules and assignments
  • Enforce safety procedures and site rules to ensure a safe working environment
  • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and customers to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar field
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience with at least 3 years in foundations and ground engineering
  • Excellent organizational, supervisory, and leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both oral and written

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at times
