Key Responsibilities
  • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.
  • Increase sales revenue through effective use of phone, email, and client lists.
  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable insurance products and services.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, providing follow-up as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance lines.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service for inquiries regarding insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing issues.
  • Collaborate with the agency to set and achieve marketing and new business production targets.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to inform clients about their insurance choices.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving success daily.

Qualifications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience in the face of customer rejection.
  • Capability to thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
  • Possession or willingness to obtain the General Lines: Property & Casualty License within a specified timeframe.
