Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy services, including treatment, consultation, and guidance.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and design suitable therapeutic programs tailored to individual requirements.
- Establish effective physical therapy protocols in alignment with clinic operations and identified needs.
- Maintain an active caseload of physical therapy clients.
- Track and document the progress of each client's treatment in accordance with regulatory standards and agency policies.
- Engage in quality assurance initiatives by participating in chart reviews and internal monitoring to uphold care standards and compliance.
- Provide training for the implementation of physical therapy services and objectives.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A valid New York State Physical Therapy License
- A Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Preferred experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
