Janitor/Custodian I

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of office and industrial building work areas. The successful candidate will work a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

• Utilize janitorial supplies to maintain a clean and safe environment, including restrooms and waste removal.
• Clean and sanitize fixtures, equipment, windows, walls, and restrooms, as well as stock supplies in restrooms as needed.
• Notify supervisors of required repairs and complete necessary paperwork.
• Remove snow and ice from entrances, walkways, and other areas as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience in cleaning and/or maintenance.

• Ability to move freely and perform basic janitorial duties without restriction.
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds.

This position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship. The hourly pay rate for this position is $15.66/hour, which is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
