Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The St. Regis Aspen Resort. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections and provide recommendations
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
  • Record transactions in our system at time of order
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
  • Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.
  • Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
