Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing and developing team members, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including training and development of team members.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and cash controls.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months experience as an Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours per day.
