Position Overview:


This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and possesses a keen eye for detail. Our front desk agents are the first point of contact for our guests, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out processes.
  • Providing recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities.
  • Handling reservations and ensuring all guest needs are met.
  • Assisting with hotel operations, including maintaining supplies and managing inventories.
  • Contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the hotel.

We are a close-knit team that collaborates to deliver an outstanding guest experience.


Work Schedule:

Fixed weekly schedule of 4-5 days, totaling 20-30 hours per week.

Shifts:
Morning and afternoon shifts, with some weekends and holidays required.

Availability for on-call evening shifts for rare after-hours guest service requests is necessary.

After-hours coverage is compensated.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for guest satisfaction and hospitality.
  • At least one year of residency in the area with local insights.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles; hotel experience is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, team player with a positive demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Background check required.
