Airfield Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Manager - Site Lead to join our team at IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in airfield operations, safety procedures, and project management.
Key Responsibilities- Airfield Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate airfield activities to ensure a safe and efficient environment for aircraft operations.
- Safety Procedures: Develop and implement airfield safety procedures, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Project Management: Plan, organize, and direct airfield activities, including construction, maintenance, and repairs.
- Flight Operations: Process domestic and international flight plans, and provide flight following services.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with base agencies to meet aircrew requirements for billeting, messing, refueling, transportation, and transient aircraft maintenance.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent, and a graduate of an approved DoD Airfield Managers course.
- Experience: Three (3) years of experience in airfield operations, including coordination between air-traffic control and maintenance personnel, dispatching, and implementing airfield safety procedures.
- Skills: Thorough knowledge of airfield operations, safety procedures, and project management.
This position requires OCONUS travel and an Active DoD SECRET security clearance.
