OBJECTIF DU POSTE :
L'Apprenti en Construction est responsable de l'assistance dans l'exécution efficace et efficiente des travaux d'installation pour les clients de D&H.
Il/Elle est chargé(e) d'aider à l'installation de divers réservoirs, tout en accomplissant des tâches de construction normales et en fournissant un service client exceptionnel.
Ce poste exige d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles, de solides compétences en communication et la capacité de travailler efficacement sous pression.RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES :
- Assiste à l'installation de réservoirs de différentes tailles, tant en surface qu'en sous-sol, sur les sites des clients.
- Utilise des équipements de construction lourds pour répondre aux exigences des projets d'installation.
- Effectue des tâches de construction courantes telles que le coulage de béton, le montage de tuyaux, la charpente, le mélange et la finition.
- Installe et répare des équipements pétroliers, y compris des UST, des AST, des pompes à essence, des systèmes de surveillance de carburant, des pompes submersibles et des canalisations de produits.
- Utilise et entretient divers outils manuels pour accomplir les tâches de construction quotidiennes.
- Participe à l'achèvement de divers projets de construction, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le retrait et le remplacement de béton ainsi que le remplacement de regards et de dispositifs de confinement de déversements.
- Discute avec les clients pour répondre aux commandes de service ouvertes, en fournissant un service client exceptionnel.
- Collabore avec d'autres départements de D&H pour offrir un service client de qualité.
- Veille à la conformité avec les politiques de l'entreprise, les normes de l'industrie et les accords contractuels.
- Respecte toutes les politiques et procédures de sécurité telles que décrites dans les manuels de l'employé et de sécurité de D&H.
- Effectue toutes autres tâches assignées.
- 1 an d'expérience dans un poste de construction.
- Une expérience dans l'industrie du carburant est souhaitable.

- Compétences en communication exceptionnelles, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Capacité à rester calme et à gérer des situations de stress élevé.
- Capacité à mener à bien des projets et à optimiser les processus.
- Volonté de travailler avec plusieurs utilisateurs à tous les niveaux de l'organisation sans compromettre la qualité.
- Grande attention aux détails et haut niveau de précision tout en respectant des délais serrés.
- Compilation, codage, catégorisation, calcul, tabulation, audit ou vérification d'informations ou de données.
- Analyse des informations et évaluation des résultats pour créer des solutions et résoudre des problèmes.
- Flexibilité pour travailler dans un environnement de travail en constante évolution.
- Utilisation fréquente des mains.
- Capacité à soulever fréquemment jusqu'à 25 livres, et occasionnellement jusqu'à 50 livres.
- Peut travailler dans des conditions météorologiques extrêmes.
