L3 Technologies is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This role involves developing documents that outline our cybersecurity posture and interacting with customers and authorization officials to define and achieve required cybersecurity objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Collecting cybersecurity-related information from design engineers, program management, and corporate IT to pass along to customers
  • Maintaining awareness of recent system security policies and directives
  • Assisting systems engineers and other cybersecurity specialists in analyzing user and system requirements and constraints
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, software engineering, or related field and 4+ years of experience
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance from the U.S. Government (requires U.S. Citizenship)
  • Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and accreditation process
  • Knowledge of NIST 800-171 and NIST 800-53r4 standards
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with routers and firewalls
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Security+ certification or CISSP
  • Familiarity with Platform Information Technology (PIT)

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
