Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the location is performing at its best.

  • Staffing and Development: Monitor staffing levels and ensure all positions are staffed appropriately. Coach, develop, and retrain underperforming team members in sales and service expectations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all licensure, training, and documentation are up-to-date and in compliance with state, federal, and franchisor regulations.
  • Customer Service: Facilitate the resolution of customer service issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Business Development: Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Financial Management: Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Business Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of profit and loss statements and ability to make informed business decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience: Multi-unit management experience is required.
