Dishwasher Position

Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Ensure all equipment and work areas are in order and meet safety standards.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using assigned equipment and procedures.
• Polish silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips, and buffing wheels.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.

1 year of previous kitchen food industry/hospitality experience is required.
