  • Sales and Operations: Monitor spa goals, identify areas for improvement, and coach team members to meet and exceed financial targets.
  • Client Experience: Champion Elase's core values, build relationships with clients, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Own the full inventory lifecycle, ensuring precise management and budgeting.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze sales results, devise strategic business plans, and collaborate with corporate partners to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required.
  • Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience; experience in hospitality, retail, or the spa industry preferred.
  • Leadership: 2+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, ability to handle multiple situations, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
  • Salary: $65,000-$80,000 + bonus incentives, based on experience.

  • Travel: Some travel to Med Spa locations to observe and/or deploy projects, with less than or equal to 25% of the time.
