Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Starting compensation at $18.50, plus additional overnight pay (shifts are from 7 pm to 7 am)

The main duty of a Hyatt Security Officer is to ensure the safety and protection of the hotel's guests and staff.

Officers are expected to uphold established standards while performing their responsibilities.

Security Officers are expected to:

  • Uphold rules and policies with respect and professionalism.
  • Resolve disputes utilizing de-escalation techniques.
  • Assess situations accurately and implement effective actions.
  • Communicate incident details clearly with management.
  • Prepare precise incident/accident reports as required.
  • Identify and investigate suspicious behaviors and irregular activities.
  • Conduct foot patrols of assigned areas.
  • Respond to alarms and requests for assistance.
  • Address medical emergencies, provide aid, and relay information to emergency services.
  • Utilize CCTV systems for surveillance and investigations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Security.
