About the Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach a variety of law courses, including Intellectual Property, Civil Procedure, Contracts, Property, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Privacy and Data Protection
  • Develop and maintain a strong research agenda, with a focus on scholarly writing and publishing in law reviews and law journals

Requirements
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school

Preferred Qualifications
  • Admission to a bar and legal practice experience
