**About the Position**
The University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law is seeking a Tenure-Track Professor of Law to join our faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our students and the advancement of legal education.
**Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching in our residential, non-residential, and graduate programs. We are particularly interested in candidates with subject-matter expertise and scholarship in Intellectual Property, Civil Procedure, Contracts, Property, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Privacy and Data Protection. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to mentoring students and a demonstrated ability to teach in an innovative environment, both in-person and online.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and a demonstrated skill in scholarly writing, with a record of publishing in law reviews and law journals. The ability to use technology for delivery of online education and admission to a bar are also highly desirable.
