Key Responsibilities
  • Assess students' social and academic adjustment, including family history, socio-economic, and cultural differences.
  • Observe students in the classroom and during school events, as needed.
  • Interview students and parents/guardians to gather information and develop appropriate programs.
  • Collaborate with school personnel and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited university.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents.
  • Knowledge of IEPs and IEP meetings.
