  • Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, including rapid response to code situations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) degree with relevant experience.
  • Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification and Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
