$41k Base Salary + Commission & Incentives
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus
Mileage Reimbursement at 67 cents per Business Mile driven

Key Responsibilities:
Conducts account visits and manages daily routes by establishing an efficient routing strategy.
Evaluates the entire account portfolio by visiting each location, identifying opportunities, completing necessary surveys, and ensuring compliance with national account standards where applicable.
Delivers professional sales presentations to clients by balancing the company's objectives with customer needs, including new product introductions, bar placements, and promotional activities.
Maintains product availability in accounts by managing inventory and restocking shelves (where legally permissible).Educates account personnel on priority brands through training seminars.
Handles customer account receivables by processing credits and returns promptly and communicating with accounts regarding outstanding receivables.
Provides service to accounts by delivering products in exceptional circumstances, addressing customer issues and complaints, and escalating these matters to management as necessary.
Aims to meet sales and merchandising targets.Plans strategically to achieve objectives by understanding company pricing and product programming on a monthly basis and maintaining accurate historical purchase data.
Collaborates with management on inventory levels by monitoring current stock and out-of-stock situations, alerting management to potential demand fluctuations.
Meets performance standards by achieving distribution, volume, and activity targets for supplier brands as established by management.
Ensures optimal brand visibility within accounts by adhering to account standards set by management and utilizing effective point-of-sale materials when appropriate.
Secures payments for the company by collecting and delivering checks or other remittances from accounts where legally permissible.Supports the opening of new accounts by developing initial orders in conjunction with the Field Sales Manager.
Engages in effective supplier collaboration through sales calls and blitzes.
Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor may also be required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent training and work experience
A minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales
Basic proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications including presentation software
Must be a results-driven professional with strong verbal and written communication skills, employing diplomacy and discretion along with customer service acumen
Ability to multitask, work independently or as part of a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
Analytical and reporting skills
Utilizes sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must possess a valid Driver's License
Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is required to remain stationary at times; communicate effectively, and operate a computer and telephone.
Regularly required to reach overhead, squat, and bend.
Must be able to carry and lift 45-65 pounds.
