Experienced Registered Nurse Opportunity at Duke Regional Hospital

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse who will provide exceptional care to obstetrical and gynecological patients. As a Registered Nurse with Duke Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a talented team of healthcare professionals.

Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinical nurse is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or higher) is required; those without a Bachelor's degree will be required to enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years of their start date.
Licensure and Certification
  • Current registration with the North Carolina State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse or compact RN licensure to practice in North Carolina is required.
  • BLS certification is also required.
About Our Facility

The Mother/Baby Unit at Duke Regional Hospital delivers over 2,500 babies each year, making it one of the busiest units in the region. We pride ourselves on providing a personalized birth experience in a safe environment.

Benefits

Duke Health offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Our unit is comprised of 33 beds and provides care for obstetrical and gynecological patients. We offer flexible scheduling options, including night shifts and PRN opportunities.
