We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Discovery ABA. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism, helping them acquire essential social, emotional, and life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy programs designed by a BCBA to support client progress and behavior reduction.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior improvement.
  • Collect data on client responses and progress, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • The RBT 40-hour course certification is preferred.
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.
