Service Technician Description

Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a Medical Oxygen Service Technician to provide empathetic and highly accurate communication to support patients' health and quality of life.

This role involves educating patients on the use of their equipment, troubleshooting issues, checking-in with patients to ensure proper and safe use of their equipment, and building trust with customers through regular face-to-face interactions.

A Day in the Life:
Deliver and educate on safe use and care of respiratory equipment at each patient's residence.
Document patient interactions for compliance and billing accuracy
Resolve patient equipment problems on an as needed basis

Requirements:
Current state issued driver's license.

Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred but we can help you get the required licenses needed for this position

Acceptable criminal background check and motor vehicle record check
Pass a mandated drug test, a physical capability test, and DOT Physical

Ability to lift, pull, push and carry heavy equipment daily. (Up to 165lbs.)

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
A desire to work with the public and help others obtain a better quality of life
