About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Specialist to join our team at Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC. As a key member of our Retirement Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Institutional Consultants and Relationship Managers, as well as our retirement plan clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume a consultative role, supporting the Client Relationship Manager/Institutional Consultant in understanding and responding to client needs, anticipating issues, and proactively providing solutions.
- Manage, educate, and resolve client issues, building relationships to meet and exceed the needs of Plan Sponsors.
- Support the day-to-day administrative needs of our retirement plan clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years industry experience with demonstrated confidence of topical knowledge.
- A student of the industry with demonstrated confidence of topical knowledge.
- Series 6 and 63 licenses or the ability to attain within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry designations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Series 65 or 7.
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
